Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. When doing so, please keep in mind the following:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. A return authorization number is not required.
  • Simply meet the above conditions and return the product to the address below:

    Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be given a refund.

Shipping & Handling

We utilize UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery services. Our web site is integrated with UPS to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground shipping.  Next Day, Second Day, and 3 Day Select orders are shipped the same day if the order is received by 11 am Pacific Time Monday through Friday.  Ground orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Shortages in inventory, incomplete address info, weather complications, holidays and other factors can affect delivery. For this reason, ground service delivery dates are not guaranteed. However, we will guarantee expedited shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select) if your order is placed before our 11 a.m. deadline (M-F, holidays/weekends excepted). We reserve the right to utilize services other than UPS if conditions warrant it, for the sake of the most expedient delivery possible.

If it is critical that you receive your order by a certain date within a two week window, we highly recommend you select one of the expedited UPS shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). Selecting one of these expedited services puts your order at the front of the line for fast delivery. 

Attention Hawaii and Alaska Customers:  UPS 3 Day Select shipping is not available to your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.

Payment Options

We accept online credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept qualifying company purchase orders.

We frequently receive catalog requests, unfortunately our product selection and pricing change too frequently to keep a printed catalog up-to-date. Our entire selection of products and current pricing is available on our website. We update our site daily with the newest products and pricing for your convenience.
